How does the 10% off work?
Every job gets 10% off. There is no code to remember and no minimum. The discount is already applied on your written proposal.
Do you paint condos, townhomes, and HOA communities?
Yes. Condo and townhome interiors are a regular part of the work, and we take commercial and HOA jobs with approved colors and set schedules.
Do you handle repairs before painting?
That is most of the job. Stucco crack repair, drywall patching and texture matching, popcorn ceiling removal, wallpaper removal, and exterior prep all come before the first coat.
